The following steps resolve most issues with subscription access:
Open the Bunpo app and check that you are logged into your Bunpo account.
(If you have not yet created a free account, then please do so.)
Open the App Store or Play Store app and verify that you are logged into the device with the correct **account (the one used to purchase a subscription).
Note: Devices running Android allow multiple Google accounts to be logged in at once. Please check that the correct Google account is being used, i.e. the one used to purchase the subscription.
Return to the Bunpo app and tap any locked item to bring up the pop-up subscription screen.
Find the "Restore Purchase" button. (The text might be small.)
Tap that button to restore the subscription.
If that does not work, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Open the app and repeat steps 3~5.
Note: If a new device is being used (one different from the device used when installing the app), please see instructions below in “I upgraded my phone and want to continue my subscription”.
Finally, if none of the above steps has successfully restored subscription access:
Send an email to our customer support - they’ll gladly assist you.
