For subscriptions purchased in the App Store

They are immediately upgraded and receive a refund of the prorated amount of their original subscription.

For subscriptions purchased in the Play Store

The subscription is upgraded immediately, and either A or B is applied depending on the situation:

A. The user is charged the price difference for the remaining period. The billing cycle remains the same.

B. The user is charged full price for the new Platinum subscription. The remaining value from the Plus subscription is prorated for time and it is added to the new Platinum subscription period.
