First, we recommend to check your App Store / Play Store purchase history and relevant bank statement(s) closely. There have been cases where charges that seem to come only from a Bunpo purchase were actually several charges, both related and unrelated to Bunpo, that were all authorized by the user and appeared as one item on the record.

If there does seems to be an error and you were charged incorrectly, then please request a refund. We recommend to do this as soon as possible:
