To fully reset progress, please create a new Bunpo account. To access your subscription from the new account, check that the device is logged into the relevant Play Store or App Store account (if applicable) and then:

  1. Tap any locked item to bring up the pop-up subscription screen.
  2. Find the "Restore Purchase" button. (The text might be small.)
  3. Tap that button to restore the subscription.
